Complimentary Consultation Call

Typically within one week of reaching out, I start with a one hour complimentary consultation call to get to know you, your vision, and the overall feel of your wedding day. With my background in counseling, I bring strong listening skills to the conversation, allowing me to truly understand your preferences and priorities. During this call, we’ll discuss your style, venue, color palette, and any must-have floral elements. It’s also a great time to ask questions and learn more about our process. And if you don’t have a vision yet, that’s completely fine, we can start with the big picture and shape the design together.

Inspiration Board, Design Concept and Proposal

I then create a fully personalized inspiration board that captures your vision, style, and color palette along with the estimated cost. This may include floral varieties, textures, seasonal elements, and décor accents that reflect the overall mood of your wedding. The comprehensive floral proposal and design concept includes arrangements, installations, and an outline of floral pieces for each part of your wedding. It serves as a visual starting point to ensure we’re aligned on your aesthetic preferences. 

Refinement and Finalization

After reviewing the proposal, I collaborate with you to refine the design details. This may involve adjusting quantities or layout ideas to better match your vision and budget. Once everything feels perfect, we finalize the design plan, collect a deposit, and secure your date.

Coordination with Other Vendors

Once booked, we work closely with your planner and other necessary vendors to ensure a seamless experience. This includes coordinating timelines, setup logistics, and design elements that overlap with rentals, linens, and venue requirements. Our goal is to create a cohesive look while making the process smooth and stress-free for you.
