The momentous day has finally arrived! After all the planning and preparation, everything comes together today. Your wedding is one of the most memorable days of your life, and as your florist, my team and I are here to ensure your flowers look exactly as you envisioned. While you’re getting ready, sipping champagne, and feeling the excitement in the air, the day for us truly begins long before the first guest arrives.

Early in the morning, we carefully load your bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and any special ceremony arrangements into our vans. Every flower is inspected, hydrated, and prepped for perfection, because flowers deserve to shine at their best. Proper placement in the vans is essential for a smooth drive, and timing is everything. We coordinate closely with your planner to know when spaces are available and plan our setup so your flowers arrive fresh, hydrated, and ready for the day’s celebrations and photos.

Arriving at your venue, the magic truly starts. One of the most rewarding moments for us is the bridal bouquet handoff. Seeing the look (and sometimes tears) on a bride’s face when she holds her flowers for the first time never gets old. Boutonnieres are pinned, bouquets are staged for the bridal party, ceremony flowers are set in place, and aisle markers are fluffed. Centerpieces and candles are arranged on reception tables with meticulous care, no blossom out of place, no candle unlit. Sometimes, small adjustments, like a vase needing repositioning, are needed and we handle these last-minute tweaks quietly, so everything is seamless for you and your photographer.

Once the floral elements in the ceremony and reception spaces are finalized, we step back, ensuring everything is picture-perfect before you walk down the aisle. By the end of the day, after the last guest has celebrated and the festivities are done, we return for a teardown.
